Clark grew up understanding the importance of advocating for the community from his mother who was a community activist. Following in her footsteps, the husband and father of five, became involved in community organizations which used strategies that motivated inner city youth to live as positive, productive citizens.
As a community activist, Clark uses his professional expertise to work on projects that help improve quality of life issues such as safety, affordable housing, quality education, and economic opportunities. That’s how the Track the Bullet Initiative was conceived: using technology to solve gun crime and manufacturing workforce development to help alleviate poverty.
Clark and his network of supporters are developing a collaborative approach to move the initiative forward in hopes that it will set the bar for ammunition tracking laws around the nation which will help solve and reduce crime.
